FAQs

  • Our Sunday gatherings are typically about 1-1.5 hours long and include music and a message. We also build in time to connect and meet people before and after.

We take communion together about once a month, and we celebrate baptisms with both our college students and our adults about once per semester.

Since we are a church plant and don’t own our current building, it is common for us to have a few Sundays per semester where we’re on the move.

  • We hope you come as you are! Feel like putting on your Sunday best? Go for it. Can’t be bothered to put on more than jeans and a sweatshirt? That’s great, too!

  • We have three lots available at The Warehouse

    1. Front lot: reserved for guests, wheelchair access and new moms

    2. College Students & Overflow lot: located at this Switchyard Park lot. This is the same walking distance as it is from our main lot to the front door.

    3. Main lot: for all regular attenders

  • Our Embassy Kids ministry currently serves ages 4 months old - 6th grade. All other children are welcome to sit with their parent(s) in our main gathering space.

If it’s your first Sunday, we suggest giving yourself plenty of time to park, check in your child, and drop them off.

You’ll start at the Embassy Kids First Time Check-In kiosk, where you’ll be greeted by one of our EKids Team Leads. They’ll collect some information from you, print security tags for you, then point you to your kids’ space(s) for the morning. You’ll then drop off your child with our EKids volunteers, and head into our main gathering space.

Check-In is only available from 9:45-10:15a.

Once you’re ready to pick up your child after our Sunday gathering, you’ll present your security tag to a volunteer and pick up your child.

  • Yes! Embassy Church launched in Bloomington in 2020. You can learn more about our church planting network here.

  • While we have a focus on the next generation of college students, Embassy is not simply a college church. We are a multi-generational church that exists to advance the message and ministry of Jesus both in the city and on the campus.

If you’re a college student, check out our college ministry, The Salt Company.

Whether you’re a college student or in your older years, you’re welcome here!

  • We ask that anyone looking to become a member, 1) attends Intro to Embassy and 2) fills out an Embassy Family Application form.
